He will admit, as he has, that it remains a point of contention because it is a basis of calculating the share of revenue. It is a matter which, as he correctly says, requires clarification moving forward, whichever way you clarify it. The point I was making is in terms of this House paying fidelity to Article 229 on audit cycle. That is a point that cannot be contested."
