"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there have been isolated cases. That November is, in fact, captured here. That is when we lost some livestock. But some were recovered. At no time has there been any report of loss of life. What we have done â and my friend should be happy â is to beef up security, especially during the months of November, December and January in order to deter those people from moving livestock from one place to another. The ban on movement of livestock at night will also deter suspects from stealing livestock. So, I think we are doing very well. I will also encourage the Questioner to come and see the commandant of Anti-stock Theft Unit (ASTU) so that, at least, we can assist. But I want to assure him that we will try all means to stop theft of livestock."
