    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for allowing me to contribute to this Bill. At the outset, I support the Division of Revenue Bill which is very important. What the former PAC did, which is coming up with three audited accounts, is a record that needs to be emulated. It is a big challenge to Hon. Gumbo and his team to meet the challenge that was put by the Ababu team. If that is done, then we will be basing our budget on the recently audited accounts. That should be on the 2015/2016 Financial Year. We will be working our budget based on the recently audited accounts. That should be on the 2015/2016 Financial Year."
