I support and start by saying that the money we are allocating or the money we are in a way sharing is Kenyans’ taxes. This is money raised through the sweat of Kenyans. It is given to the Government to ensure that its programmes are run well. So, I wanted to remind the President and the governors that the work being done by the Presidency, the Executive and the governors should be in the interest and rights of Kenyans.
