    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Bill. There are a number of things that need to be looked into properly. One of them is the whole issue of public debt. I am not sure if some of us have seen the amount of debt that is projected here. We are talking about more than Kshs70 billion projected for servicing debt on top of the Kshs362 billion that we have accumulated in the previous years. This indicates that there are many things that are not working well."
