    "content": "disheartening experience because we are not supporting the factors that are supposed to help us enhance production for purposes of reducing public debt. We are happier moving forward to look for monies from both inside and outside because it is an easier option than making plates. I think something must be very wrong. I am raising this for us to know that the more we put into servicing debate, the more we are reducing our factors of production arrangements in the country. We are making our prices to be very high and in the end we are also lowering our own consumption."
