    "content": "cent of economic growth. Next year is even worse. The promise by the Jubilee Administration was that in the first year it was to realise 7 per cent economic growth rate. The second year was to be double digit economic growth rate. That promise has not been met. We are waiting for Jubilee at the right and opportune time. I am not going to debate that. It should worry Jubilee that this is the final budgeting year for the Jubilee Government and it has not fulfilled even 20 per cent of its promises. Chances that Jubilee is going home are very high and as a member of the opposition, I am very happy."
