    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank you and draw the attention of the Senate to what the Chairman of the Council of Governors said when this business was transacted on the Floor. He is quoted as having said that the issue of pending bills was imaginary and that it was politics being pursued by some of the Senators who are their potential opponents. I would like the Chair to make it clear to the Chairman of the Council of Governors that matters of oversight are not being done in anticipation of the competition that is likely to be there in the next coming election."
