    "content": "(e) Amend Articles 145(6) and (7) to remove the power of the Senate to override the findings of a special committee on impeachment of the President, where such special committee determines that the allegations against the President have been substantiated. (f) Amend Article 148 of the Constitution to provide that a Person who has held office as a Deputy President for two terms shall not be eligible for election as President. Hon. Members, pursuant to Standing Order No. 226 I shall allow comments, observations or clarification in relation to the Petition for not more than 30 minutes. I hope this will not take too much of our time."
