    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the residents of Changara Location for coming up with this issue. It is rightly before us. However, I would also like to join my colleagues in stating that county boundary is a serious issue. The way we handle this one might give us a way forward on how to deal with all the others. So, it is better that the relevant committee acts speedily as concerns have already been raised on delays of petitions in this House."
