    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to issue a Statement on the status of possession of land title deeds and certificates by public schools, pursuant to a request by Sen. Khaniri. The questions were as follows:- (1) To provide a list of all public schools in Kenya indicating those that have land ownership documents for the land that the school occupies. (2) Explain the status of applications by public schools for land ownership documents. (3) State whose responsibility it is to ensure that public schools have land ownership documents. (4) State the action that is taken against those who fail to procure the ownership documents for public schools. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will answer as a representative of the Cabinet Secretary in this House. I am not able to provide a list of all public schools---"
