    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I do not know whether you are satisfied that the Chairperson should continue answering because I am not. He has been unable to answer the first and the most basic question that I asked him; to provide a list of schools in Kenya and the status of the title deeds. I had a reason to ask this question. The Chairperson has only provided information on a few schools and says that the information is not under his jurisdiction. I know that there is a Liaison Committee and we have a Chairperson of the Committee on Education. Therefore, that cannot be an excuse.
