    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. As you correctly pointed out, my first question was in two bits; the list of all public schools which he says he is unable to obtain but I also requested for the status. The Chairperson has said that he can only have information about schools that have applied for title deeds or those which have already been issued with. Then he goes on to give us the applicants who are 5,319. He says out of that only 345 have been issued with titles. I believe these are the new applicants. So, does the Chairman mean that in the Republic of Kenya, only 345 schools have title deeds? How about those that were issued with title deeds earlier on? He says he can only access information of schools that either have applied for titles deeds or already have title deeds."
