    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for that guidance. I would like to move the following amendment:- THAT, the Motion be amended by- (i) deleting the words “provide appropriate relief to both crop and livestock farmers’’ appearing in the eleventh line of the Motion and substituting therefor the words “carry out debt restructuring”; and, (ii) inserting the words “and to provide additional financing in crop production, livestock production, irrigated agriculture and fishing farming” immediately after the word “country” in the last sentence. I would like to invite the Member for Kwanza and Minister for Forestry and Wildlife to support the amendment."
