    "content": "Lifestyles have over time really changed both medically and environmentally. Therefore, it is better for us to change the way we combat these issues. Due to change in lifestyle, diseases like cancer, diabetes and many others have increased. Therefore, it is high time we came up with a comprehensive programme to put the situation under control. Detecting cancer during its early stages can highly assist in alleviating the situation. Statistics given are alarming. I normally receive reports on cancer cases after a short period of time in my constituency. Therefore, the number of cancer patients in the country must be big."
