    "content": "I stand to support this Motion about cancer and training of oncologists. That is because cancer has become a big problem in our country. It is one of the diseases that have been ignored for a long time. I think when HIV/AIDS came to the scene, people forgot about cancer. They spent all our resources and human capital to fight it. They forgot cancer and it has finished many families. Families have spent enormous resources. When a cancer patient is at home before he or she dies, all the resources of the family are depleted. Emotions are very high."
