    "content": "We need to train more oncologists so that they can help with the cancer cases. We have hospitals in the counties which are trying to put up cancer centres. They cannot operate if they do not have trained personnel. That is why we need to support this Motion so that when personnel are available, they are posted to those referral hospitals in counties. Those facilities are being set up by governors to support cancer cases in counties."
