    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am not misleading the House. Indeed, this House and the entire nation know that in the provinces where you find national schools, there is a stream which is reserved for that province in that particular national school. This means that a province like Western Province that does not have a single national school is at the mercy of being given a few slots in the other national schools. It is not by accident that these schools are in Central Province. It is all because the political power of this country has been dominated at the very top by players from Central Province. This injustice is what we wanted to stop with the new Constitution."
