    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, yes. Yesterday the Chair ruled that this matter comes today. I was given a copy of what is purported to be the Statement. However, this is just a letter to inform the Clerk that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Labour and Social Welfare is in Geneva, Switzerland, attending the 326th Session of the governing body of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) from 19th to 25th March, 2016. This is the Statement that the Chair ruled yesterday that I be given today. Let me further draw your attention that this request for this Statement was made on 19th February, 2015."
