    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was to be given a Statement. Further, I draw your attention to the fact that this request was made on 19th February, 2015. That is over a year ago. I really need your guidance. Is this the way to go? It is over a year since I asked a genuine Statement and now the Cabinet Secretary (CS) is in Geneva. A year after I asked my Statement, I think it is better to be informed whether there is any need or point in asking these Statements when Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) are not paying attention to them. I think we need your guidance."
