"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to help the House by confirming that since this matter was brought before you, nothing has been done. On the same day that the matter came up, Sen. Khaniri and I sought further clarification from the Chair, to confirm to us that the issues canvassed had been brought by a Committee of this House and the whole House had then made its decision. We sought whether there was still room for us to do further pursuit. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think that clarification has not come and that is why we did not move to take any action as of now. Probably, Sen. (Prof) Lonyangapuo was not in the House on that day."
