    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wanted to make precisely the same comments that you have addressed. A situation where people are dying is an emergency. We are told that we need another two weeks before the Cabinet Secretary can come before this House to explain the situation. This House could do better and seek for immediate intervention by seeking information from the national Government on how it can ensure that the food available in Kitale and other areas is transported very quickly so that the people there can receive relief rather than wait until the Cabinet Secretary comes here while people are dying."
