We also know that this has a serious implication on food security. We have heard that the delay was caused by individuals who took long to release Exchequer. In a way, this is self inflicted. May I know what disciplinary measures have been taken against officers who caused this kind of mess to our country? What disciplinary measures should be taken against such people?"
