We are discussing shortage of fertilizer and some unscrupulous businessmen are acquiring the same fertilizer meant for farmers. Initially the Ministry had implemented a procedure where all the farmers were being registered through chiefs and assistant chiefs. They have not implemented that programme. Right now, unscrupulous businessmen are just going to the depot and acquiring fertilizer.
