"content": " Order, Senators! Sen. Khaniri made a very clear case; that on three occasions, the chairman walked out when the matter was supposed to be appearing. These walk-outs have translated to total absence. Therefore, Sen. Murungi, the situation is definitely deteriorating. Secondly, there is already a ready answer. Therefore, if he is too busy, he could delegate to the Vice Chairperson or any other Member of the committee. Therefore, I agree with Sen. Khaniri. I give sanctions to that particular chairperson and his committee. They will not transact any business in this house until they respond to this Statement. This includes suspending any sittings of the committee. The sooner they do it the better for themselves and this House."
