Can the Chair go back and bring a substantive report based on the issues which were raised in this statement? This is because we are not convinced. Secondly, can he also tell the House when he is bringing the report if not now, in the next response that he is bringing when these motorcycles are going to be released to the owners? This is because they had taken them to the police station and they are not being charged and the police are just asking for money. They tell them to bring money so that they can get their motorbikes.
