    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not certain whether the Chairman heard my question correctly. The regulations or whatever memorandum that qualifies Article 37 needs to be made public. Article 37 does not say that you require time to picket or present a petition. It does not require notice or notification. Under what basis did the police demand for those things? They need to be made public. That is what I requested. Thank you."
