"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the communication came much later after the Chair had given a ruling that the Statement should be delivered. The consultation was on why the Statement has delayed. This is a serious issue because the Chairman of the NLC has advertised to give free land which belongs to Machakos people, to whoever wants it. This was advertised in the newspapers and it is in the public domain. This matter is urgent and if it is not dealt with, at the end of the day, we could be chasing the wind. Any delay in dealing with this matter will harm the people of Machakos County."
