"content": " Sen. Murkomen, while appreciating your gratitude, may I remind you that the Chair remains impartial irrespective of where he comes from. To me, the important consideration was that this matter has been pending. Secondly, there is concurrence through a mediated process; therefore, we should not squander any moment. This is because if it is a matter of debating, it had already been debated. If it is a matter of the House resolving, it had been resolved. Therefore, it is a matter of expediting the process so that it can be forwarded for assent as soon as possible. I hope the Members who will contribute, will bear that in mind."
