I think we can attribute this to management issues with it. From the list by the Minister, I can see that several senior people are in acting positions. The Managing Director is in an acting position, the Cooperate Affairs Manager is in an acting position, Head of Quality Assurance is acting, the Head of Internal Audit is acting; nearly all departmental heads are in an acting capacity. Could the Minister tell this House what happened with the results of the interviews that were conducted recently to recruit the Managing Director? There was an effort to recruit a Managing Director on a permanent basis; what happened to the results of the interviews?"
