"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if the hon. Member listened to my last sentence, I said that the quality of the person we are looking for must have a good understanding of how to deal with the grassroots because of the nature of the job in addition to being a good manager. So, it was felt that we needed an MD who, one minute can be with the grassroots people because that is the nature of the job, and the next minute, he can be Harvard trained, talking the language of the Harvard MBA. It is a combination of both. I am hoping that the process that we are going through will include an element of good salary and understanding of mwananchiâs needs."
