    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I join you in welcoming our colleagues from Baringo County and wishing them the best in their county in implementing devolution, I thank you for expeditiously moving to ensure that the oversight initiative that we have and that our managers are expeditiously trained. However, I have one concern in the note dated 29th March 2016, to all the Senators. It reads as follows:- “Please, note that persons nominated for training shall cater for their own transport and accommodation.” I do not know about other Senators, but I do not know where they are going to get resources to cater for their own transport and accommodation because our own treasuries in the Senate---"
