"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to lay the following paper on the Table of the Senate today, Wednesday, 30th March 2016:- Report of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights on the County Assemblies Services Bill (Senate Bill No. 27 of 2014) REPORT ON THE STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) (NO. 2) BILL (NATIONAL ASSEMBLY BILL NO.33 OF 2014) On behalf of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, I also beg to lay the following paper on the Table of the Senate today, Wednesday, 30th March 2016:- Report of the Mediation Committee on the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.33 of 2014.) Before I lay the next Paper on the Table of the Senate from the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget, I beg your leave. Arising out of your sanctions yesterday, I would like you to waive the said sanctions so that I can proceed on behalf of my Committee."
