    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget on the misappropriation of public funds by the National Bank of Kenya (NBK). In the Statement the Chairperson should state:- (a) Whether the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the National Treasury is aware that the NBK is in a financial crisis and has reported a loss of Kshs120 billion."
