You should now listen to “Siaya.” The President, when truly exercising his powers under the Constitution or any law cannot be a subjective matter. This is because the powers of the President and the authority of the President are not things to be imagined; they are defined. That is why somebody can go to court and say that the President exceeded his powers, whether or not, it is written. I am worried by your statement that a decision is something that is subjective. That would mean that it will be impossible to question anything that the President does.
