    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I am trying to imagine the timing of the President in issuing that statement while in Israel. I remember very well that it was immediately after the affidavit on Ms. Ann Waiguru was released. I think he felt frustrated in the fight against corruption when that affidavit mentioning Ms. Ann Waiguru was released. He, therefore, made that very strong statement while in Israel. Nothing else had happened to warrant the statement at that particular time. I, therefore, concur with what Sen. Muthama said; that the statement meant something. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir."
