Njoroge, is on record in this House alleging that Ms. Anne Waiguru is clean. In fact, he said that she is a whistleblower. Now that he has changed that position to saying that she is not a whistleblower but one of the perpetrators of theft, could the Chair compel him to withdraw one of the statements because they are contradictory? Is she a perpetrator of corruption or not?"
