Senators, allow me to thank and commend you all for the good work done so far since the commencement of the Fourth Session on 9th February, 2016 which has culminated in, among others, the passage of the following Bills:- (1) The Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Bill (Senate Bill No.20 of 2014). (2) The HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No.4 of 2015). (3) The County Industrial Development Bill (Senate Bill No.7 of 2014). (4) The Kenya National Examinations Council (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No.7 of 2016). (5) The Office of the County Printer Bill (Senate Bill No.42 of 2014).
