In the Statement, the Chairperson should address the following:- 1. What informed the decision of the University to employ Prof. Fredrick. A. Otieno as the Vice Chancellor, considering that he resides in South Africa. 2. Why has the student population been dropping since the appointment of the new Vice Chancellor? 3. The number and nature of court cases involving the university that are pending in court."
