I have seen the Committee visit various counties and ask them to accommodate information technology in their undertakings. He will also be a Member of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget. This is one of the busiest Committees and he will need to create time to assist the other Members in their work. He needs to insert a lot of energy especially on what we have just heard on the First Reading about the Division of Revenue Bill. There are a lot of questions like what Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. answered on behalf of the Committee. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, one of the critical issues that we should follow on behalf of our counties is to ensure that the necessary resources are received."
