    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also rise in support of the Petition by the Member of Parliament for Juja. When we are designing roads, the aspect of safety must be considered by the engineers. In my constituency, along the road between Kericho and Kisumu we have accidents day in, day out, at a place called Kaitui. Safety of our people is so paramount such that we are asking the designers, architects and all those involved in road construction to put the safety of our people in the forefront in the implementation of these projects. I support."
