    "content": "No. There is no point of order. Let us send this Petition to the relevant Committee, so that when they bring their report we also, as the National Assembly, can express ourselves. The solution may not just be in the erection of bumps. There must be other avenues of dealing with this matter. It would be best addressed when the Committee has considered the Petition, handed it to various stakeholders like NTSA and all those others who are involved in the issue of road construction and development.
