    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to thank Hon. Waititu for this Petition. I happened to have done my thesis on incidents of road traffic accidents. This country is one of the countries with the highest cases of road traffic accidents. One time, I travelled to Pretoria. On standing at the side of the road, where they have robot street lights, somebody crossed from the other side.
