Looking at these regulations, it will take another 21 days of a tedious process to appoint our constituency committee members and for them to be approved by this House. The Committee must work diligently in the interest of our membership and constituencies. Hon. Lessonet is a second timer and is up to the task. Whether he wants to become the governor or not is for the people of Baringo County to decide. I want him to, at least work. We have given him a chance to chair a very important Committee. I want to table these regulations. This is the copy of the special Gazette Notice and I have done my bit."
