    "content": "land boards consist of elders and those who have grown in those regions. In my opinion, the land boards should be reinstated so that communities can have more say on issues relating to land. Hon. Speaker, as I go through the Bill, I have not seen any clause relating to community land. We need to know the role of the community in relation to community land. As I conclude, the Bill is good but it requires a few amendments so that we do not pick on a single factor of production and start deciding the minimum and maximum acreage one can hold. With those few remarks, Hon. Speaker, thank you."
