    "content": "We also envisioned that we should have a law relating to eviction. As some of the previous speakers have said, the law on eviction is due because of the way we normally evict people in this country. This will give a formula on how you can evict and resettle people and reasons for the eviction. The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development is now the custodian of all the information and titling. We now have a central place where one can go to get information relating to various parcels of land in this county."
