    "content": "As pastoralists, we fear this Bill. I want to appreciate the Committee for taking us through it. We have sat several times with the Committee to listen to how the Bill is going to operate on our lands. When you come to the maximum and the minimum acreage, pastoralists have a lot fear because we live in a jungle. We feel that the Bill will not work in our areas, but we thank the Committee and the officers at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development for taking us through the Bill and explaining how it is going to support us."
