    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I wish to add my voice to this debate. I believe that, at the end of my contribution, I will have declared my stand on this Land Laws (Amendment) Bill. The clamour for a new Constitution was basically informed by the need to take care of issues of land in this country. The successive Governments have always struggled to ensure that the land question is addressed conclusively, which has not been possible. I want to believe the introduction of this Bill is an attempt to see whether the land question in this country can be The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
