    "content": "As we scrutinize this Bill, we should look at the amendments. Some colleagues were a bit uncomfortable. I have read the Report from the Committee on Lands. They have identified some of the areas they are not comfortable with, and have already indicated the amendments that they will bring to streamline the law laws in this country."
