Members, there was a communication by the Speaker that we jump to Order No. 12, which is the Political Parties (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 2 of 2016). Hon. Millie Odhiambo claims she has been sitting here to contribute to the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill. As per the records, there was no member who had a balance of time in the previous Sitting. I, therefore, move to the first Member on my request list.
